Creating a Culture of Genius
There are two types of leaders. The first use their intelligence to amplify the capabilities of others. The second drain intelligence from those around them. This session will explore how to create and maintain a productive and engaged culture, while also unpacking the disciplines that distinguish those who get the most from others from those who drain their energy.

Lindsey Cernik serves as the Culture and Engagement Consultant at Border States. In her role, she supports the company through creating and maintaining multiple leadership programs and overseeing the company's engagement and culture strategy.
She is certified in Integrity Coaching, Everything DiSC Workplace, Working Genius and Multipliers. When not serving Border States, she enjoys supporting the community through different volunteer and board capacities. She lives in West Fargo with her husband and enjoys a good book, a bonfire, kayaking and sometimes a few of those at the same time. |
