ESHARA is a culturally rooted nonprofit serving New Americans, refugees, and immigrant families in the Fargo-Moorhead region and surrounding communities. Our mission is to remove barriers and increase equitable access to employment, housing, education, healthcare, and essential services. Through workforce development, care coordination, youth mentorship, and community engagement, we help families move from instability to long-term self-sufficiency while strengthening cross-cultural understanding across our region.
