The mission of SENDCAA is to provide a range of services and activities designed to alleviate poverty and give low-income people the opportunity to improve their standard of living and achieve self-sufficiency. SENDCAA was incorporated in 1965 to assist the City of Fargo and the County of Cass to mobilize their resources to combat existing poverty. Today SENDCAA continues to utilize evidence-based practices to interrupt and cease the generational cycle of poverty for children and the adults in their lives.

Support SENDCAA through a mix of outdoor and hands on service projects. Volunteers may assist with trimming trees and bushes, light landscaping, raking, building commodity food boxes for seniors, and minor painting projects.
