This Graduated Giving Plan Agreement outlines a good-faith agreement to support United Way of Cass-Clay through a multi-year giving plan. You understand that this is a pledge of intent and not a legally binding contract. This agreement along with Tocqueville membership may be cancelled by you or United Way of Cass-Clay at any time in writing.

By completing this pledge, you hereby grant United Way of Cass-Clay permission to use your names, likenesses, and biographical information in promotional and marketing materials, including but not limited to publications, websites, and social media.
